As a results-driven mortgage consultant with a strong foundation in mortgage lending, land development, and business management, I’m committed to helping individuals and families in our community achieve their homeownership dreams. I take pride in guiding clients through every step of the mortgage process, from origination to funding, and have successfully helped over 500 clients secure the right financing for their needs.

As a licensed mortgage broker at RSB Mortgages Inc., I specialize in commercial, construction, and residential lending. With a deep understanding of underwriting, risk assessment, and financial analysis, I offer expert knowledge in alternative lending programs, including MICs, commercial development, construction, and ALT B lending.

Before transitioning into mortgage brokering, I served as Business Development Manager for one of the 10th largest Mortgage Investment Corporations in Canada. During my time there, I contributed to the funding of over $1 billion in mortgages and managed $460M in assets. This experience helped me refine my skills in portfolio management, building referral networks, and offering tailored financial solutions to ensure my clients' success.

In addition to my professional career, my family has been actively involved in the residential construction industry for over 20 years. We’ve expanded into providing building supplies and offer 2-5-10 home warranty services. I’ve also earned my CAIB Designation as an insurance broker, which has further enhanced my ability to serve clients with a broad range of needs.

Growing up on a farm and working in agriculture for over 25 years, I understand the importance of preserving land and creating sustainable farming practices for future generations. I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with the BC Agricultural Council to protect our beautiful land.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about sports, fitness, and spending time outdoors. I enjoy working on the farm with my family, staying active, and giving back to the community that has supported me throughout my career.
