It’s hard to find the best rates, know the terms and understand the small print, when you are searching for mortgage financing. I graduated from the University of Windsor with a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Finance. While attending university I started my own manufacturing firm which I continued to run until December 2011.

While growing my own business I had many dealings with banks; arranging mortgages; lines of credit etc. it was during this time frame I realized that these dealings with the bank normally favored them. It takes strong negotiation skills and an excellent understanding of their lending criteria in order to succeed. Most people do not enjoy their dealings with banks, especially while making mortgage arrangements. It is for that reason I decided to obtain my mortgage agent license, after selling my interest in my company. Let me negotiate on your behalf.
