Paul Hart, a resident of White Rock/South Surrey for over 39 years, brings a wealth of banking knowledge and mortgage experience complimented by his energy and drive to W.R. Mortgage Architects. Paul is a member of both the Canadian Association of Accredited Mortgage Professionals (CAAMP) and the Mortgage Brokers Association of British Columbia (MBABC).

Paul began his banking career in 1989 at Coast Capital Savings Credit Union where he held a variety of positions including financial advisor and senior loans officer. In early 2002 he moved to First National Financial LP. where he became their top underwriter in Canada in terms of mortgage volume and response time.

In 2004, Paul founded CENTUM Action Mortgage Corp. During his time with CENTUM he was continually recognized as one of CENTUM's top Platinum Optimus Franchisee's for Mortgage Dollar Volume in Western Canada as well as a top Silver and Gold Agent by Mortgage Dollar Volume in Western Canada. In April of 2015 Paul made the move over to W.R. Mortgage Architects and is looking forward to providing all of his clients with more great options and financial solutions that will fit their mortgage needs.

Part of Paul's success in the industry has undoubtedly been due to his commitment of treating every client individually and striving to find the best product for their own individual needs. His dedication to gathering all the information, being available for his clients, and ensuring a job well done have earned him a solid reputation in the industry and the pleasure of helping many clients over and over again.

Personally, Paul is married with 3 children and has a passion for long distance running. He has completed 19 marathons including a personal best time of 3:17:11 at the Bellingham Marathon in September 2015 which qualified him for the Boston Marathon which he ran in April 2017.
