Growing up on a ranch in Central Alberta has instilled me with a strong work ethic and values. I love to spend time with my husband, my teenage son and all of our fur babies on our acreage. Being physically active has always been important to me, whether it be with my own two feet or with my horse in the arena or in the mountains.
